These Terms govern your use of limarkwellness.com. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

1. Products

Limark Wellness offers two product lines:

Safease — anion-strip sanitary pads. Period care.
Limark — Ayurvedic supplements, oral care, skin care.

Our products are wellness supplements and personal care items, not medicines. They support, do not replace, prescribed medical care. We make no curative claims.

2. Pricing & orders

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice. Once you place an order it is binding subject to our right to refuse for stock, fraud, or pricing-error reasons.

3. Payment

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. COD is available at most pincodes. Failed payments do not place an order.

5. Returns & refunds

See our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: hygiene products (period care, oral care, skincare) are non-returnable once opened. Sealed Limark capsules within 7 days for unused condition.

6. Intellectual property

All content on limarkwellness.com — text, photographs, logos, packaging design — is owned by Lokare Impex and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright. No reuse without written permission.

7. Liability

We are liable only for the cost of the product itself. We are not liable for incidental or consequential losses (delayed delivery, missed appointment etc.). Maximum liability per claim = order value.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India where Lokare Impex and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
