Return & Refund Policy

Hygiene products — no return policy

For health and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable once opened or seal-broken:

• All Safease period care products (sanitary pads).
• Limark Toothpaste, Aloevera Soap, Herbal Hair Oil, and other personal care items.
• Combo packs that include any of the above.

Sealed supplements — 7-day return window

Sealed, unopened Limark capsule and extract bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (less reverse-shipping charge of ₹100). Conditions:

• Manufacturing seal must be intact.
• Outer label and box undamaged.
• Original invoice + order ID provided.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email care@lokareimpex.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Photo of the damaged item or wrong product
• Photo of the unopened parcel from outside (for damaged-in-transit cases)

We replace the item at no charge or refund the full amount within 5–7 business days.

Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds process to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank settlement typically adds 2–3 days.

How to initiate a return

1. Email care@lokareimpex.com with subject “Return — Order #<ID>”.
2. We confirm eligibility and share the warehouse return address.
3. You ship the item via your chosen courier and share the tracking ID.
4. On warehouse receipt + inspection, we process the refund.
