Where we ship

All India, via Shiprocket and Delhivery partner couriers. Most pincodes serviceable; for unserved pincodes, we contact you with alternate options.

Shipping cost

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
  • Flat ₹50 shipping below ₹500.
  • COD available pan-India for orders up to ₹3,000 (₹50 COD handling charge waived above ₹500).

Dispatch & delivery time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST dispatch the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays dispatch the next business day.
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Tier 2/3 cities: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote pincodes: 5–10 business days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email + SMS once your order ships. You can also track at any time at limarkwellness.com/order-tracking using your order ID and email.

Failed delivery

If a courier attempts delivery 3 times without success, the order returns to our warehouse. We re-attempt once on request, or refund minus ₹100 reverse-courier charge.

Damaged on arrival

Take a photograph of the unopened parcel from outside before opening if it looks damaged. Email care@lokareimpex.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We replace at no charge.
